Hi all this is really a good feeling for me at least for next ten days I am not going to see my workstation..past two weeks are really hectic as I am not getting time to update my blog and tweets. After all it's six month since I went to home.
Now I am finding myself comfortable to Chennai..Last Sunday after the CL classes I went to T Nagar the biggest and busiest market in Chennai. Actually I want some shopping for home...but guys believe me the rush was so much that I can't even walk properly. Somehow I manage to went to a big departmental store..similar to Big Bazar...named "Sarvana Store". Peoples are moving to the store like things are distributed free in the shop. Although the shop is big but it is not able to manage the sudden surge of people. After 10-15 min I thought I can't even look things or hold for a sec..so there is no other choice. Then I left the shop and catch a bus Thiruvanmiyur..But you know this was really a very crowd ful experience.

Continue to this journey after the six month..now again I am going home for festival of colors "Holi"..By Air India IC 166 Chennai to Kolkata flight..Actually for the first time I am sitting..So I am really very exciting. A time came when at 1 PM I left the office and went to Anna Airport, Chennai..The airport is small and not very beautifully made. I have 1 hr to after getting the boarding pass I prefer to sit in waiting lounge where my friend Jigar is waiting..we have small conversation on various things as usual..
Sharp 5:10 PM the plane starts and the beautiful Chennai city is visible from the window. The display panel shows the current temperature. They also provided some newspaper, air India mags and a headphone to listen songs and watching films..within the 45 min it reaches the 13000 mts and the outside temperature is -48'c. ..wow..I touched the window glass..its chilled. Suddenly a air hostess came to me and asked for the breakfast..I prefer non-veg. She gives me a plate, it contains 3 chicken rolls, a puff, Plum cake and cup of coffee. According to me it was a decent breakfast and the quality of food is also very good. At 7 PM after listening o the announcement I open the window...the beautiful skyline of kolkata is visible..wow..what a view..it looks like the whole city is celebrating Diwlai..Then I think it Kolkata is looking like this..then how the New York, Las Vegas and London Looks like from the sky.
7:15 PM I left the Netaji Subhash Chandra Bose Airport to Howrah railway station to catch my next train to Patna
Overall it was a nice experience..

Enigma Of Chennai..
It's has been a exactly seven weeks since I relocated to B'lore to Chennai, I was thinking many things in the way...about the city,food,work,culture and most important People. Because you can manage many things by your own but on the day to day work you will communicate with locale people...So hare they play a major role.
I have four bags with me I just check in to the company provided guest house. That was really very comfortable and situated in Adyar. Adyar is really a crowded and posh area in Chennai..which include many good shops and eateries which include the Famous A2B restaurants. A2b is also in B'lore and I like is very much..due to it's mouthwatering sweets and snacks items. I luckily have some of my college friends hare so when I called them we end up to plan of seeing a movie..since It's long time I went to any theater so I also agree with them..and we went to Woodland and watched latest flick..Love Aj Kal..it was a good one time watch..
Days come and go..I have to search a home to live coz the guest house is only for two weeks luckily..I found a awesome full furnished "BIG" flat in posh Thiruvanmiyur area..with sea view from the room itself(I can't expecting this)..It's like dream come true..All the room mates are really cool and very supportive in nature..So it's kind of a home away from home feeling..
Now The next task to prove myself at work...you know it's takes time..to adjust in new environment..specially with a new people..I mean you don't know how they are..supportive or not; ultimately you work in a team so team members are crucial to achieve targets and these days clients become tuffer than ever so it is more important to have a tiger like spirit.
Hope I will come to people expectations and understand them better and till then keep commenting and keep blogging..

मन की व्यथा
मेरे जीवन की कथा मे थोड़ी छाँव है थोड़ी धूप है, जिंदगानी के सफ़र का देखिए क्या रूप है, आज खोली है हृदय की मैने अपनी डायरी, मन मेरा तो वेदना का आप्लावित कूप है .
जेठ की दारून तपन जब लू भी थी ऊफान पर,मैने कुटिया थी बनाई रेत के मैदान पर, मुझको नगर में बसने की आख़िर इजाज़त थी नही,
ना ठाव दूजा था कहीं...वहीं बस गया तो बस गया .
वो हमारे द्वार आया था सहारा माँगने, उंगलियाँ पकड़ी थी, फिर पहुँचा लगा था थामने, और एक दिन फिर उसी ने मेरी कुटिया छीन ली, था आदमी वो 'आज का '... बस छल गया तो छल गया .
मैने स्वप्नो का बनाया था कभी एक आशियाँ, जब तलक थी छत बनी तो चुप पड़ीं थीं आँधियाँ, जैसे ही मेरे द्वार के शृंगार का आया समय, बस आँधियों का वेग था... घर ढह गया तो ढह गया .
इश्क़ की गहराइयों मे हम भी उतरे थे कभी,मुझे अपनों ने ही दगा दिया, मेरे काम ना आया कोई, अपने विफल उस प्यार का मुझको नही अफ़सोस है,प्यार यद्यपि था वो पहला....बस.. रह गया तो रह गया .
जब बजीं थी घर मे उसके प्रीति की शहनाईयां, दिल में मेरे पसरी थीं बस दूर तक तनहाईयाँ, फिर भी खुद डोली बिठाया मैने अपने प्यार को, आँखों ने था नम हो देखा प्रेम के इस हार को, और फिर उस प्रेम की बातें पुरानी सोचकर.... आँखों से... आँसू.. का दरिया.... बह गया तो बह गया.
मैने सुनाया आपको जो मन के मेरे भाव थे, मैने दिखाया आपको जो मन के मेरे घाव थे, आपने कैसे लिया... ये आप ही हैं जानते,मै तो भावों मे बहा... बस बह गया तो बह गया. हर कोई है भोगता सुख- दुख इसी संसार में, कह दिया मैने जो कहना था खुले बाजार में, कह के देखो हो गया इस दिल की पीड़ा का शमन, और मै भी कहते कहते ही... अब थम गया तो थम गया .

Recession: Affect and effect on us..!!
Every morning when I read the newspaper;from past 5 months; instead of firstly looking the front page that I usually do I flip the pages and went to Business page to check which US company is bankrupt today. Because these days almost once a week every other Us company follow the same trend. People says that India economy is govern directly or indirectly by US; I contradict this. I think India has changed a lot now and we are virtually running the entire US economy. This is done by them by them which is know by one of the famous word of the last century.."OUTSOURCING". Now I think Uncle Sam understand the how powerful It is.
By the way hare I want to state my view on out recession. I think you agree or not but the current recession is so high that people at US feeling the heat of it. The credit crunch made US economy growth rate at snails pace. Mostly jobs in India s/w market directly or indirectly dependent on US companies, so it is fact that if they are suffering from the economic crisis then we are also in trouble with our jobs. S/W market is so volatile that even a small incidence will affect the entire market in India. Indian s/w companies make the life tuffer for their employees by increasing the working hours by approx 5-6 hrs a week. All s/w majors including Infosys,Wipro,TCS and Accenture has already done this. Other major HCL has done drastic cut on their other expenses like food coupons,facilities uses etc. Satyam;we all know it is fighting with the identity of retain it's name in the market. What we expect us from them at this time..It's quite obvious.
It's not only that US will lost around millions of job lost. Hare in India I also know some Friends and friends friend who are also the victim of this. Last month when US president Obama taking faith he quoted some points very beautifully that the challenges are many in front of the US and this is time when all world eyes are on worlds most powerful country. Everyone is talking about the next move. The much awaited bailout comes as a big relief for United States. $720B bailout package treated as a big relief but I think it is not enough as compared as a $22 Trillion US economy.
In this financial mayhem everyone is holding the rope very tightly. Those who sit on the top positions and termed as a policy maker of the government are on the bull's eye. Their next move is really going to be litmus test for the. We hope that all ends well finally as bollywood movie ending.
