Everyone never be satisfied, I think this is true also..where everyone is having aspirations it must be streamlined to have a common end point, Sadly to say that but in real file it NEVER happens. But also we have to understand that "Risk" taking capacity is directly proportional to our age..being the young and happily Unmarried is definately and advantage++ here. Whatever be the situation we have to find the way to atleast mitigate it. How....I know....The real questions..HOW ???
Let's drill down this situation and hope it helps to understand in better way. Softcos in India..especially in the service industry are divided by many useless verticals and horizons which unnecessarily create chaos to a great extent. I think they understand it very well that complexity leads to baffleness and that's what they always want. The aso -managers are seasoned in such way; by doing the same thing year after year; if you ask any question to them suddenly they starts laughing. Like they know their situation is also like "Darupadi" in Mahabharat..whose izzat and aabru are always on rent. Come on being an AM how can you be so helpless...What a pity...if you can't help me..my middle finger will salute you !!
The whole process need to revised and it needs a revolution like Anna Hazare..no serialsly.. I 'm not joking. They don't do anything about it, because they know that ultimately you will return to your work..then finally why they cares...B'cos it's all about running the business. If end of Day the firangs(Read as Clients) are happy that's the only goal. So enough of listening and planning..It's time to MOVE ON !! A hell lot of people and the peer pressure will only strives for one thing: RISE @ any cost...and for this whatever it takes...Let it be. Be a MAN !
My friends gives me great energy...they motivates me for doing so many things at the same time, It boost my confidance. When you surround by good and supporting people...they won't let you to go down. I am thankful to they from core of my hearts. So Finally the next 5 months till Jan 2012 will going to play very crucial role because of the connected events and some not so obvious things line up. Yup..I am quite excited for them and this excitement is only the sauce of life !!
